The Retail Park is a server-run safe zone where you can purchase items from the Scum Store, or complete either a Fame Exchange or Island Mission. To do this, you will need to call an Admin for assistance. 

As a safe zone, you are not allowed to kill anyone in the zone or steal items. Disobeying this rule will result in an instant kick and potential ban.
